How lucky will you get with the number seven?
Lorcana’s seventh expansion, Archazia’s Island, seems ready to answer that question in a variety of ways!
Firstly, you will get to meet a completely original Disney character who is the namesake of the set. Little is known right now about the owlish Archazia, but that leads us into the second point.
This set will tell a story through Lore cards included in the packs! If you already enjoy the vibrant pictures and fun mechanics of Lorcana, this is another way the game can entertain you as you put a story together piece by piece through these included cards. What or who is Archazia? Will Archazia be the face of the game from here on out or set up a tradition of introducing original characters into the Disney universe through the card game?
Next up is a change in the card typing by introducing Dual-Ink cards. Continue to build your decks in creative ways with these cards that join together properties of two of the six ink types. Do you have a favorite character who is going to be dual-inked in this set? If so, do you agree with the typing?
The last tidbit here to sharpen your quill as an Illumineer is the neat mechanic of Universal Shift. Using Baymax as an example, you can pay four ink in order to turn any character into Baymax! For those of you who remember Morph from Into the Inklands, this acts as the opposite. Instead of place another character on Morph, here you can place Baymax on top of any character for the cost.
In this set you’ll find loyal dogs, playful cats, and an array of cuddly creatures that inhabit the island. This includes new to Lorcana lore, beloved Disney characters from the past making their debut in this set, including Bolt, Lady & The Tramp, and The Aristocats.
Phew! This game just continues to innovate and encourage you to have fun with all the wonderful cards you have already collected. Though, because we always have to be a bit extra at The Pop Shop, there is one more piece of information that would inform and interest you:
Whatever you learn and see here will get you ready for June when the story of Archazia’s Island is continued in Set 8: Reign of Jafar where the selfsame villain takes over the island and turns it into a fortress with the tagline of “His crown, his realm.” What will happen to Archazia? Who will we meet to help us overcome this twist in the ongoing story of Lorcana?!

Lorcana Launch Event is Simple and Fun
The event runs all day, and you don’t have to be at The POP Shop at opening. Just come in whenever you are ready.
Illumineers will play one match (first to two game wins) of Pack Rush. After purchasing two packs at a 15% discount, you pair up with your best friend, in a casual format without waiting for rounds’ Each player combines their two booster packs, by shuffling them together—regardless of ink color—to create a 24-card deck. Puzzle and marketing cards are removed to form the player’s starting ink supply. Players start with a 5-card hand; the first player to reach 15 lore wins the game. and mark the results slip with a win or loss that both players sign. As soon as players have completed the match, they turn in their slips to get prizes. A Snow White – Fairest in the Land promo for both Illumieers. You can enter as often as you like, but must play different opponents each time. Win or Lose, each time you enter and play, you will walk away with an Snow White Promo, while supplies last.
Lorcana League Contiues in March
HOW IT WORKS: Whether you’re a collector, new player, or TCG veteran, Lorcana Play can help you connect with Illumineers to trade and play. As a Lorcana Play Participant, you can either opt in to the constructed tournament, or participate in open play. When you join the Lorcana League at The Pop Shop, an official Organized Play Store, you can earn prizes based on your participation. Lorcana League is every Thursday. Lorcana League seasons run three months, but you can enter at any time during the season to earn prizes and have fun.
PRIZES: Everyone who participates will receive a promo card. There are two different cards, one will be given to each illumineer each week, alternating in distribution. Participants in the constructed tournament will have the chance to win additional prizes including pins, or special storage boxes.
Buy-A-Box Promo – Kronk: Laid Back
For the first time ever, illumineers who purchase a full booster box at The POP Shop will receive a free Kronk – Laid Back promo card starting March 7, while supplies last.

New Product Lineup for Archazia’s Island –
Archazia’s Island – The Seventh Set in Disney Lorcana
Archazia’s Island marks the seventh expansion of the Disney Lorcana TCG. The set launches at The POP Shop on on March 7. Players can choose from four main products at release, each offering unique contents, pricing, and collectible value.
This expansion introduces loyal dogs, playful cats, and an array of cuddly creatures inhabiting the island ruled by Archazia—an ancient Illumineer with the power to share her inkcasting magic and vast knowledge with those ready to learn.
For players eager to dive deeper into the story and lore of Archazia’s Island, details are scattered across individual cards and special lore cards included in various set products.
Booster Packs and Boxes:
Booster packs and boxes are the fastest way to grow your collection with the latest cards from the set. Each booster pack contains 12 randomly selected cards, while a booster box includes 24 packs.
Unlike starter decks, the character featured on a booster pack’s wrapper has no impact on its contents. Additionally, Lorcana does not have guaranteed pull rates for display boxes, unlike some other TCGs.
Each booster pack includes:
- 6 common cards
- 3 uncommon cards
- 2 rare, super rare, or legendary cards
- 1 foil card of any rarity
Single-Player Decks
Lorcana starter decks provide the perfect entry point for new players. Each deck is fully prebuilt and ready for immediate play against an opponent.
The starters combine two ink colors, each offering unique themes and play styles. Archazia’s Island introduces two new decks: Amethyst & Steel, featuring Jafar – Newly Crowned and Iago – Giant Spectral Parrot, and Ruby & Sapphire, starring Belle – Mechanic Extraordinaire and Beast – Frustrated Designer.
Each 60-card deck includes two foil versions of the featured characters on the packaging, highlighting the debut of dual-ink cards in this set.
