Magic: The Gathering , Standard Showdown

HOW IT WORKS: Join us for Standard Showdown Your entry into the Magic community. Open to all players, Standard Showdown is your opportunity to test the field of competitive play!  Standard Format is comprised of cards from the most recent sets.  This friendly but competitive environment is perfect for anyone who enjoys a tough challenge.

Participants sign in and play using a deck of a minimum of 60 cards that they build utilizing cards they own. Decks are comprised of cards from the sets listed below and are allowed four copies of any card along with any quantity of basic land. There is a small list of cards that are considered banned and cannot be used. Each round players are paired randomly against someone with a similar record. Tie breakers may be used to determine the outcome of the Tournament.

PRIZES: Two random participants will receive a Magic: The Gathering Promo Pack with the overall winner receiving a special promotional card as highlighted in this recent story on PopSandusky.com [ More Info ].
