Pop Sandusky ships products daily via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is currently only available within the United States, International shipping will be added soon. Rates are determined by weight and size. Most packages will be delivered within 3 to 10 business day, depending on the recipients address. In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination. Expedited shipping or faster delivery options will be shown when available. Shipping fees include all costs associated to the package being sent to our customer.

Make and adjustment or cancel an order before it shipped:
If you need to make a change to your order you should contact PopSandusky as soon as possible after placing the order before the order has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12-hour window after the order is placed to try to adjust some items, ask to combine shipping costs from multiple orders, or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee to make changes once the order has shipped.

If an item has been sent to you, and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
